Integrated Management System Policy

The policy of SAFIRAL s.r.o., which is aligned with the company’s context and strategic objectives, is to manufacture precise, safe, and high-quality electronic devices that meet all applicable requirements and the needs of all interested parties, using environmentally friendly processes.

To ensure the implementation of this policy, the Managing Director of SAFIRAL s.r.o. commits to:

• maintaining, developing, and continuously improving the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards,
• annually defining objectives and target values to support this policy and regularly reviewing their achievement,
• creating and providing adequate resources for the implementation of the policy and objectives, including strategic objectives arising from the business plan,
• meeting customer requirements by delivering products and services on time and at the required quality level,
• creating a positive environment for quality improvement by:
  • introducing new technologies and continuously improving existing ones,
  • recognizing high-quality employee performance through evaluation and motivation,
  • enhancing customer care,
• continuously improving environmental protection practices, prioritizing prevention over remediation of environmental impacts, increasing employees’ professional competence, responsibility, and motivation in the field of environmental protection, and minimizing the consumption of raw materials and natural resources,
• complying with all applicable legislative requirements related to environmental protection,
• cooperating with relevant authorities, business partners, and interest groups to ensure compliance with national and regional regulations,
• motivating employees and systematically increasing their professional knowledge and competencies.
