We install TH components manually, in the case of an optimized design or for larger batches, we use selective soldering or soldering wave. We install on all commonly available materials such as FR4, IMS Al, IMS Cu, Rigid-flex, Rogers, PCL370HR, etc.

PROTOTYPE or STANDARD:
- Applying solder paste or glue - Jet Printer, automatic stencil printing, manual dispensing
- SMT assembly - SMT assembly machines or by hand
- Soldering - reflow, wave, rework station, hot-air
- Inspection - optical and electrical (partial or complete functional testing)
- Cleaning - manual IPA or ultrasonic cleaning
- Division/cutting - in a panel or to individual pieces (cutting, grinding)

The PROTOTYPE category includes all orders that meet the following conditions:
- maximally 100 component types per board type
- maximally 5000 installed SMD components in one order
- maximum 2000 soldered pins for TH components
- material supplied by the customer must meet the criteria for machine fitting /link/ (reels, stripes, tube - not loose parts or scraps without sufficient reserve)
- date for assembly starts the day after the completion of all material (plates, components, templates)
