Custom mounting of printed circuit boards

We offer custom-taylored PCB assembly with SMD and SMT technology. We use pick-and-place automated machines by Mycronic for components placement. We assemble TH devices manually or in case of an optimised design or major batches we use automated selective soldering system by InterSelect.

PCB assembly – assembly variants

PROTOTYPE or STANDARD:

applying of solder paste or glue - Jet Printer, automatic stencil printing, manual dispensing
SMT assembly - SMT assembly machines or by hand
soldering - reflow, wave, rework station, hot-air
inspection - optical and electrical (partial or complete functional testing)
cleaning - manual IPA or ultrasonic cleaning
division/cutting - in a panel or to individual pieces (cutting, grinding)

The PROTOTYPE category includes all orders that meet the following conditions:

maximally 100 component types per board type
maximally 5000 installed SMD components in one order
maximum 1000 soldered pins for TH components
material supplied by the customer must meet the criteria for machine fitting /link/ (reels, stripes, tube - not loose parts or scraps without sufficient reserve)
date for assembly starts the day after the completion of all material (plates, components, templates)

The STANDARD category includes orders of the following type:

more than 100 types of components per board type
5,000 - 50,000 assembled SMD components per order
1000 - 10,000 soldered pins for TH components
material supplied by the customer must meet the criteria for machine fitting /link/ (reels, stripes, tube - not loose parts or scraps without sufficient reserve)
date for assembly starts the day after the completion of all material (plates, components, templates)
